Yes, you must keep the confirmation email. If something goes wrong with the reservation or there is a malfunction, you can show that you have the right to park on the basis of this confirmation. -
How do I pay for my reservations?
You can pay by means of iDEAL. -
What happens if I arrive late for my reservation?
Your parking space will remain available until the original end time of your reservation. There your parking space will become available again and everyone can use it to check in with ParkBeagle. You cannot change your reservation after payment - you can make a new reservation. -
How can I enter the garage once I have made a reservation?
The confirmation email describes how to enter the garage. In most cases you will receive a code from us. You can also enter the Admiraliteitskade location by means of license plate recognition. -
Is it a problem if I arrive a little earlier or return later than the reservation time?
We have a reservation time of one hour. The reservation time consists of half an hour before the reservation and half an hour after the reservation. If you are more than half an hour earlier, it is not possible to enter the garage with the reservation. If you are back at the garage more than half an hour later, the extra time will be charged. -
How can I open the entrance door when I want to get back to the car?
If access to the parking location is closed, as a pedestrian you can always enter and exit with your access code. -
Can I take out a subscription?
For subscriptions we would like to refer you to our partner, Rentaparking.nl! You can only make short-term parking reservations via Parkbeagle. Via Rentapraking.nl you can take out a monthly subscription at various locations that are also on Parkbeagle. Go to www.rentaparking.nl and view the entire range. -
Where can I find my access code?
After making your reservation, you will receive an email with the pin code to enter and exit the parking lot or garage. If you chose to made an account when making your reservation, you can also find the access code in your account. -
